You send the initial questionnaire
In your library and in your purchase email you will find a button that opens the questionnaire, with the questions already in place. Send it to acompanhamento@heloraterap.com from the email address you bought with.

You receive your first suggestions
We read your answers and suggest where to begin and which lessons to do first. On the Complete plan you also receive a personalised written plan within 5 working days.

You practise and write whenever you need to
Send us your questions, the exercises you have filled in or what went well and not so well that week. We reply in writing within your plan's reply time.

You finish with a summary
At the end of the period you receive a summary of what you worked on and suggestions for carrying on by yourself. On the Complete plan, the written plan is reviewed halfway through.

What it is
- Educational guidance on applying the lessons to your situation
- Comments on the exercises and worksheets you share
- Suggestions on the order of the lessons and tasks for the week

What it is not
- It is not psychotherapy, a psychology session or a medical appointment
- It does not diagnose and does not monitor medication

- It does not replace couples or family therapy when that is needed

- You start within 90 days of your purchase, and the weeks count from your first email
- Always write from the email address you bought with, so that we can protect your privacy
- Messages over the weekly limit are answered the following week
- If your situation calls for professional support, we will tell you and point you to where to look
Your privacy
- We only process what you share with your explicit consent, given at checkout
- Messages are kept for up to 12 months after the guidance ends and are then deleted
- You can ask us to delete everything before then, at any time

The guidance takes place in writing, in Portuguese, Spanish or English. If a message makes us fear for your safety, we reply with emergency contacts and recommend immediate professional support.
