Copyright and licence

Who owns the material

The programmes, including the texts, worksheets, tables, plans and layout, as well as the content of this site, are protected by copyright under the Portuguese Code of Copyright and Related Rights (Código do Direito de Autor e dos Direitos Conexos) and international treaties. Unless otherwise stated, they belong to Ana Sofia Oliva dos Reis or are used under licence. General wellbeing ideas and techniques belong to no one; the way we explain them, organise them and turn them into exercises, however, is ours.

Your licence

When you buy a programme or a plan, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own life and, in the couple and family programmes, with your partner and your family.

You may

• read the lessons on any of your devices, and print them or save them as a PDF for yourself;
• fill in the worksheets as many times as you like;
• do the couple and family exercises with the people in your household, without charging them anything;
• share what you have learnt, in your own words.

You may not

• share, sell, rent out or give away your access link or the lessons;
• upload the material to a website, a cloud storage service, a group, a sales platform or a messaging service;
• use the material with paying clients, classes or groups, or present it as your own programme;
• translate it or create derivative programmes from it;
• remove copyright notices;
• use the material to train, fine-tune or feed an artificial intelligence system;
• use the Helora Terap name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your products.

Professionals and organisations

A licence covers one person (and, in the couple and family programmes, their household). If you want to use a programme with clients, students or teams, write to suporte@heloraterap.com and we can discuss a professional licence.

Quotes and reviews

You may quote short extracts in a review or an article, with a link to this site. You may not publish complete lessons or worksheets.

If you think we have used your work

If you hold the rights to something published here and believe it is being used without permission, write to suporte@heloraterap.com stating: the work you believe has been infringed, the exact address where it appears, your name and contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf, and your signature. We review every notice promptly and remove the material while we investigate, in line with Portuguese Decree-Law No. 7/2004 on electronic commerce.

Third-party material

The photographs on this site are licensed images. They show models, not customers, they do not show the results of any programme and they are not included in the licence granted to you.

Infringement

Any breach of this licence ends it automatically. We may withdraw access without a refund and use the remedies available under Portuguese law and the law of the country where the breach took place.
