Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, on this site and in the lesson library, in the spirit of the European Accessibility Act. We do not yet claim full conformance, and this page explains where we stand.
What already works
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a link to skip to the main content.
- The lessons are real web pages, not images or scanned files, so screen readers, browser zoom and translation tools work on them.
- Text can be enlarged up to 200% and the layout adapts to small screens.
- Headings follow a logical order, so that screen reader users can navigate by structure.
- The worksheets use proper table headers.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are shown in text, not by colour alone.
- Decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies.
- Animations and automatic slide changes stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
- Some text over photographs, in decorative areas, may have lower contrast. The same information always appears in the main text, with sufficient contrast.
- The checkout page is provided by Stripe, which publishes its own accessibility information.
Tell us about a problem
If anything stops you from using the site or a programme, write to suporte@heloraterap.com and tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We reply within one working day and, if we cannot give you an accessible version of a programme within a reasonable time, we will refund you in full, no matter when you bought it.
