Right of withdrawal

This is the model withdrawal form set out in Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014 on distance contracts. You do not have to use it: any clear statement will do, including a short email in your own words to suporte@heloraterap.com. The form is only there to make sure nothing is missing.
Remember that you can always use our 14-day refund guarantee, explained in refunds and guarantee, whether or not the legal right of withdrawal still applies to your purchase.

How to send it
- By email to suporte@heloraterap.com, pasting the text above with the fields filled in. This is the quickest way.
- By post to Ana Sofia Oliva dos Reis, R. de Pedro Simões, 9, 7000-629 Évora, Portugal. The date you post it is the date that counts.
We confirm receipt by email within one working day. If you do not receive the confirmation, write again: your request is not lost because we have not replied.
What happens next
We refund the amount due within 14 days at most, to the payment method you used, and access to the refunded purchase and any remaining guidance come to an end.
